Abstract

The present work expresses my fi rst refl ecti ons on the processes of codifi ca-tion, decodifi cation and recodifi cati on of the Civil Code. These processes are differentiated for the purposes of study, but develop together. I understand them as part of the life of the corpus. The study was carried out through the adoption institute
