The purpose of this paper is described as the criminal conviction of RIT 101-2005 Oral Criminal Court of Temuco, addresses the fact that an older man supports a loving full relationship with a teenage child in the context of the Mapuche pewenche sector El Naranjo in the commune of Lonquimay (Chile).Later and with tools of the qualitative paradigm will discuss how this oper-ates in practice sociocultural representation of the members of this community.
