Integrity of sports competition in football. The Chilean case of administration and ownership of sports clubs

The purpose of this article is to analyze the legal and internal regu¬lations related to the administration and ownership of Chilean professional football clubs. The analysis shows that Chilean regulations present gaps and defects that would affect the integrity of sports competition; it is therefore necessary to reform the system to ensure compliance.
