Abstract

This judgment comment will analyze the application of due process and the best interests of the child as principles that must be observed in the disciplinary procedures that take place in educational establishments, generating an obligation for them in order to apply the Manual of School Coexistence under equality criteria, adopting pedagogical and psychosocial measures that are assigned to a training process and not necessarily sanctioning.
