These criminal offences are the production, distribution and possession of child pornography; cyber-bullying of children; violation of digital correspondence; unlawful access to data or to the computer system; illegal or abusive publication of electronic communications; disclosure of official secrets; unlawful access to, dissemination or alteration of personal data; computer fraud or embezzlement; damage to data and computer systems; interruption or obstruction of electronic communications; and alteration of evidence.
