The concept of organized crime: some elements for greater precision

Assuming the low communicative capacity of the term organized crime, to describe a criminal field with accuracy and extending such critique to its most widespread normative expression: the definition of «organized criminal group» contained in the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, this article proposes a series of characteristics and elements to provide a more specific concept to such criminal field
