The uniformity of jurisprudence, tool fundamental right to equal application of the law

This article shows that the intention to standardize the jurisprudence
that foreshadows the various procedural reforms introduced into the
Chilean legal system over the past 20 years is a tool that makes the realization
of the right of the equality before the law possible.
