Abstract
Education is an essential element in the free development of the personality of the State of culture. However, although many works have been devoted to the study of the right to education, few have done so from this perspective. In this article I apply this approach to analyze the relationship between the different types of pluralism in education and the duty of neutrality. To do so, I will identify the types of pluralism, expose the most relevant constitutional conflicts for each type, and identify the role played by the cultural dimension or culture clause in the realization of the principle of neutrality.
