John Rawls theory of justice from a political philosophy perspective

In this work, Rawls's theory is analyzed from a Political Philosophy perspective, analyzing his postulate of justice in relation to the determining aspects such as impartiality, equality, reflective equilibrium, just society, the principles of freedom and inequality, referring to the fact that each person must have a right equal to the most extensive total system of basic freedoms compatible with a similar system of freedom for all, as well as economic and social inequalities must be structured in such a way that they are for the benefit of the least advantaged, in accordance with a principle of fair savings, and linked to positions and functions available to all, under conditions of fair equality of opportunity.
