Property, properties and indigenous property

Abstract

The article reviews the history of the evolution of the concept of
property finally coming to the conception of indigenous property that was
coined by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights no longer based on
the perspective of a ‘thing’, but rather that of a ‘person’.
