The Suppletory Function Of The Regulations Of Civil Law

The rise of an abundant Special Law necessarily raises the ques-tion as to whether the general regulations of Civil Law should be applied in situations which are not governed especially by a different rule, in circum-stances in which the link between general and special law appears not to exist because the special regulations have caused a new logic to emerge in a determined regulatory sector.
